NEWS: Sep. 7th

We're back for another go at the Block Party this Friday at The Brickyard in Hartford. Everyone cross your fingers that we have good weather, looks like we'll need it. We will be playing rain or shine, though. And there are some other great bands on the bill as well. Then Saturday we're back at Black Rock & Blue in Fairfield. Pics are up from this past weekend, check 'em out!

NEWS: Aug. 23rd

Two great shows this weekend. And lots of guests: Grady McAuliffe, Rich of the Marsh and Darik of the Funbags all joined us on stage. And both shows were packed. We had alot of fun at our last show at Harbor Park for the summer, it even got a little chilly at the end. We're back at The Brickyard this Sat. So come on down and party with us in Hartford!

NEWS: Aug. 17th

Happy Bday to Fred! He's 47 today. Wish him the best. Thirsty Turtle was great this last weekend. We bid a farewell to one of our biggest fans Jenny who will be moving to CO. We'll miss you! We have two big shows this weekend. This Friday we'll be rocking Murphy & Scarletti's in Farmington. It's been a while since we've been there. Then back at Harbor Park in Middletown this Sunday. Show starts at 8pm.

NEWS: Aug. 6th

Thanks to everyone that made the Grand Band Slam a great experience for us. We made a lot of new friends last night. The other bands were all amazing, we're glad we could be a part of it. Special thanks to The Hartford Advocate for putting this all together. We're off this weekend, but we'll be back at the Thirsty Turtle next Saturday in Stamford. Pics may be a little delayed this week, sorry for the inconvenience. We'll have them up soon, we promise!

NEWS: Aug. 3rd

Again, we want to thank everyone that voted us into first place as Best Cover Band in the Hartford Advocate's Grand Band Slam. We really appreciate it. And to show our appreciation, we are constructing an awesome set for all of you that are coming out this Thurs. to the Band Slam. We go on at 9:15 on the downstairs stage at Up Or On The Rocks (directions) We'll be off this weekend for a short vacation. But we'll be back next weekend at the Thirsty Turtle in Stamford.

NEWS: July 26th

Well, the Block Party was cancelled due to inclement weather. But does that stop SideShow fans? Actually, at this point I don't think anything does! Thanks for making our Brickyard show amazing despite the Block Party being cancelled. We'd also like to thank our new friends from The Silent Groove for partying it up with us! We're back at Harbor Park this Friday and then our return to Black Rock & Blue on Saturday. There are a bunch of new pics up on the PICS page also. Check 'em out!

NEWS: July 22nd

Hey SideShow freaks! Thanks to your incredible support we've won the Hartford Advocate's Grand Band Slam for Best Cover Band. The best part is, we won this our first try thanks to all of you! You can read about it HERE. Also, don't forget, we're headlining the Brickyard Block Party tomorrow on the 3rd floor stage. We go on at 11:30 sharp! But get there early, there are a ton of really cool bands playing. Pics from Geraldine's are up in our pics section as well.

NEWS: July 18th

Wow, some crazy shows this weekend, huh? Both Geraldine's and Stash's were an awesome time, thanks everyone for driving such far distances to come party with us. Also, special thanks to Pat Keating of PDI for singing a few tunes with us at Geraldine's. We have the BLOCK PARTY this Friday in Hartford at the Brickyard. You do not want to miss this one! Get there early cuz there are alot of really cool bands playing, then finish off the night rocking out with us on the 3rd floor!

NEWS: June 28th

Hells yeah! Two awesome shows, back to back! The kind of drunken debauchery that was witnessed on stage this weekend is illegal in 13 states. Thanks for the awesome turnout. Pics will be up this week. We have the next two weekends off (Harborside is cancelled). In that time we'll be learning tons of new songs for the summer. Great weather for shows this weekend! About time, right? Two awesome shows. Thanks for the turnout at both. Stash's rocked and Pavilion was tons of fun under the sun. We were even joined on stage by our good friend Darik from the Funbags for a few songs. We're off this weekend, but we'll be back for two shows next weekend at Thirsty Turtle and Harbor Park! Thanks to everyone who came down to our 1st show at HarborSide. Great party despite the weather. Special thanks to Jay Kizzay for helping us out. We have 2 shows this weekend. NEWS: June 2nd

Two great shows this weekend. Murphy's was a blast, and we were joined by Rich Lasky of The Marsh on guitar and Mike Kindelan for a little Wanted at Sports Rock. Great shows, pics from Murphy's are up in the Pics section. We're at Harborside in Stratford this Saturday. It's our 1st show at that venue so come down and party with us!

NEWS: May 17th

Thanks to everyone that made Grady's last two shows so amazing! You guys are the best. And how about the SideShow performance of Weightless? One of Grady's many original songs that he will be performing at his upcoming shows. This weekend brings the premier of our newest addition: Bobby Barnett, at the Brickyard in Hartford, CT on Saturday. Come party with us and catch the new line-up!

NEWS: May 10th

As you can see, there are some major changes with the band this week. Our singer and our friend Grady McAuliffe will be leaving to go solo with his original music. We have one last blow-out weekend with Grady this weekend at Harbor Park and Geraldine's. Make sure you come on down to see Grady off and wish him luck on his new project. NEWS: April 28th

A big thanks to those who rocked with us at Stash's over the weekend. It's always a pleasure to play to those who truly come to rock out. We have a new feature as you might have noticed; Picture Of The Week. Each week we'll have a new pic on the main page, will it be you? There's only one way for that to happen, come out to a SideShow and party with us. We're off this weekend, but we're back with our first outdoor gig of the year at Harbor Park on the 14th then our first night in a new area for us: May 15th at Geraldine's in West Springfield, MA. Great stage, incredible sound system, you won't want to miss this!

Brickyard rocked once again. Thanks to everyone that came to see us in Hartford. It's about time we had some nice weather! We're in New London this weekend, at Stash's. Another one of our favorite stops. Pics from Brickyard should be up at some point this week.

UCONN baby!! And what a way to celebrate the win! We had a great time at the Turtle and at Murphy's, as always. Pictures from both shows will be up this week. We also added quite a few more shows for the summer, be sure to check those out on the shows page.

NEWS: Mar. 29th

Well, it's finally starting to warm up again. It's about time! It won't be long till SideShow's rocking out in the sun. We had another great show at Stash's on Friday, thanks to those that came out. I'm working on the backlog of pictures right now. Sorry they haven't been updated regularly like usual. I'll be on that this week.

NEWS: Mar. 22nd

Despite the cold, rainy weather you guys came out in force yet again to another awesome Tuxedo's show. It was everyone's birthday too (Doug, Jackie, Liz, etc.) Thanks for coming out and partying with us again. We'll be on the other side of the state this weekend at Stash's in New London this Friday.

NEWS: Feb 23rd

A big thanks to those who came out to Stash's and Bourbon St. this weekend. SideShow broke it's own record for most drunken show at our Bourbon St. show on Saturday. We'll be taking this weekend off for recovery (yes, it was that bad). We'll see you all again at Sports Rock USA in Bristol on March 6th!

NEWS: Feb 15th

Murphy's rocked once again! Some of you travelled very far to party with us. We had fans representing Jersey, New York, Massachusetts and even Pennsilvania. You guys are nuts! This weekend is going to be insane as well. We're Stash's in New London on Friday and then we're at Bourbon St. in Hartford on Sat. You don't want to miss that one because we'll be recording that show for a possible new CD! So come down and be heard and you might even make it on the new CD!

NEWS: Feb. 9th

Thanks to those who braved the storm (again) to party with us at The Sports Bar. An interesting night indeed! We're back at Murphy's this Friday and it looks like we may get some good weather for once! So come on down and party it up with SideShow!

NEWS: Jan. 28th

Well, we had an awesome January thanks to all of you. You guys packed every club we played at this last month. We really appreciate the amazing fan support SideShow has been receiving. Our next SideShow is at The Sports Bar in North Windham on Feb 6th. This is a new club for us and we're really excited. So come on out of the cold and party with us!

NEWS: Jan. 21st

Man, what is up with this cold?? Seriously, there's not even any end in sight. And despite this cold, all you SideShow Freaks out there are still coming out in droves to support SideShow and party with us. This weekend is no exception. We're playing at Black Rock & Blue this Friday and we want you to come out and forget about the cold and heat up with SideShow. Fred said he'll be extra hot for you! Get there early, we go on stage at 10pm!

NEWS: Jan. 13th

Wow, what a way to start the new year! Three awesome shows so far this month, and all thanks to you guys! Murphy's and the Turtle were insane despite record cold temps. And Tuxedo Junction was off the hook as usual. We will have pics from the Murphy's and Turtle shows up either today or tomorrow. We're playing at Stash's this Sat. the 17th. Be sure to come down and party with us again!

Well, we're off until the new year. We'd like to thank everyone that made 2003 a huge success for SideShow. We have lots of new shows planned for 2004, the SideShow video, and we're going to be playing at a lot of new clubs so be sure to check the schedule! We want to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday!

We're at Shenanigans in South Norwalk this Sat the 20th. This is our last show for 2003 so let's go out with a bang! We want to wish everyone a happy and safe holiday season. We have a huge January planned so be sure to check the schedule. See you at the SideShow!

Another great night at the Brickyard. We had an awesome time. We're back at Murphy's & Scarletti's in Farmington this Friday for our second time in 2 weeks! We had a blast last time and certainly will again this time. Then we're back at Stash's in New London on Saturday. Another big weekend for SideShow. We'll see you there!! NEWS: Nov. 28th

Thanks to all those who came and partied with us at Tuxedo Junction. We had a great time. We hope all the SideShow Freaks had a Happy Turkey Day. We're going to be at the Brickyard in Hartford, CT this Saturday, the 29th. Also, the very first SideShow music video is in the final stages of editing and will be on the site within the next few weeks. Stay tuned!!

NEWS: Nov. 24th

We had two great shows this past weekend and another huge show coming up this week, Tuxedo Junction on Wed. night!! Our first show at Murphy & Scarletti's was amazing. You guys were out in rare form and we had a blast as well. Black Rock & Blue on Sat. night was another great party night as well. Thanks to all those who came out and supported SideShow.

We're at Tuxedo Junction this Wednesday night, the 26th, for our Huge Thanksgiving Eve Bash!! Get there early because the place is sure to be packed. No one parties like SideShow and we're going to prove it on Wed. night!
